It was checked only for remote kernel. I could not check for local kernel due
to bug: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DATALAB-2577
*Preconditions:*
# Data Engine is created on Jupyter
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Go to Jupyter UI
# Run Flight Data Preparation Py3 or AIRBNB playbook for remote Py3 kernel
*Actual result:*
1. Play book running fails

The code failed because of a fatal error:
Error sending http request and maximum retry encountered..Some things
to try:
a) Make sure Spark has enough available resources for Jupyter to create a Spark
context.
b) Contact your Jupyter administrator to make sure the Spark magics library is
configured correctly.
c) Restart the kernel.{code}
*Expected result:*
# Playbook running is successful
(i) Kernel restart/playbook shit down does not help
