*Preconditions:*
1. Zeppelin is in stopped status
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Start Zeppelin via DataLab WEB UI
# Click on Zeppelin name
# Go to Zeppelin UI link
*Actual result:*
# 502 error appears
*Expected result:*
# Link is open successfully
(i) Successfully opening link the following command helps:
sudo systemctl restart zeppelin-notebook.service
