Description:
As a user I want to filter resources by endpoint and cloud on billing report
page so that I can distinguish charges by clouds and endpoints.
*Acceptance criteria:*
1. A new Endpoint column is in Billing report page
2. Endpoint column contains endpoint name
3. If users filtered by endpoint values only filtered values show up in the grid
