The bug was found during autotest GCP/Azure
*Preconditions:*
SSN is created on Azure/GCP
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Log in DataLab
# Connect to instance SSH
# Run command: sudo supervisorctl status all
*Actual result:*
!image-2021-12-02-11-28-59-559.png!
Leads to 502 error during login
*Expected result:*
# Self-service does not restart by itself
# User is logged in DataLab successfully
