Description:
As a user I want to create a copy of own custom AMI of notebook , so that this
image could be used by other users who are assigned to my project and use the
same endpoint.

*Acceptance criteria {color:#de350b}(need to discuss){color}:*
# A new page on main DataLab menu (or button on the list of resources) should
be for custom image management
# There is Copy button which is supposed to create a copy of custom image for
one or several users who are assigned to the same project and uses the same
endpoint
# If user clicks Copy button the following information appears:
** image name (text field)
** copy for (text field)
** copy option (check box) which contains:
*** data files
*** code files
*** folder structure
*** libraries/dependncies

As a user I want to choose to make custom AMI of notebook public or not public,
so that I can shared my own custom AMI with other users by my desire.

*Acceptance criteria:*
1. to add possibility for choosing during creation AMI:
- share within one project
- share across the projects
2. The personal data on notebook should not to be shared

When we create custom AMI (copy/clone existing notebook) then all
* data files,
* code files,
* folder structure,
* libraries get copied.
