2. Jupyter with TensorFlow is running
*Preconditions:*
1. Go to Jupyter UI
2. Switch to python kernel
3. Run a command:
# ort pandas print(pandas.__version__)
*Actual result:*
1. Pandas is not imported
*Expected result:*
1. Pandas is imported
