First of all several times creations were successfully. But now creation is
unsuccessful wit the same error.
*Preconditions:*
# Project is created on AWS
Steps to reproduce:
# Create JupyterLab with TensorFlow
*Actual result:*
# JupyterLab with TensorFlow creation is successful
*Expected result:*
# JupyterLab with TensorFlow creation is unsuccessful
