There are some bugs with Standalone spark cluster creation on Jupyter wirh
TensorFlow template:

* https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DATALAB-2715
Antil these bugs are not fixed please prevent possibility to add Compute from
DataLab WEB UI.
