* Investigate how the current DataLab version is deployed and used by WPM (to
discover any important nuances)
* Upgrade DataLab version for WPM
* Move all the data from the old version to the new version
* Perform end-to-end testing by DataLab team
* Discuss with the WPM the UAT phase and end-to-end testing that will be
performed by WPM team after deployment
