Description:
As a user I want to delete notebook custom image so that it gives opportunities
to delete snapshots and save money.
*Previously it was done by DevOps side. So:*
# Check what it is done
# Check if it is workable
# Update if it is needed
*Acceptance criteria:*
# A new page on main Datalab menu (or button on the list of resources) should
be for custom image management {color:#de350b}(need to discuss){color}
# User can choose existing custom image for deleting from drop down list
{color:#de350b}(need to discuss){color}
# Confirmation dialog show up: Image <image_name> . Do you want to proceed?
There are two buttons: No button, Yes button {color:#de350b}(need to
discuss){color}
# After confirmation of custom image deleting a chosen custom image is deleted
and is not available for this user {color:#de350b}(need to discuss){color}
