The bug was found when instance and its resources were deleted but Keycloak SSN
client was not. And if run a job for SSN termination the step of Keycloak SSN
client deletion is missed.
*Preconditions:*
# Instance and all resources are terminated on GCP
# Keycloak SSN client is available
Steps to reproduce:
1. Run a job for SSN termination
*Actual result:*
1. The step of Keycloak SSN client deletion is missed
*Expected result:*
1. The step of Keycloak SSN client deletion is not missed
