Fix For: 2.6
For all notebooks grit credentials should be store in secure way. It should be
fixed in Development branch, on env on TPCP, in epm-v2.5.2-tpcp branch

# Git credentials are added in DataLab
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Go to notebook link UI via terminal /home/datalab-user
*Actual result:*
# Git credential are not stored in secure way
*Expected result:*
# Git credential are stored in secure way
