2. Support Localization for images page. The date format should be the same as
it is in the browser setting. This function is implemented in the DataLab for
Bucket browser, billing, audit, etc. However, is not implemented for images
page.
3. Refresh button does not change image status after docker execution
4. If user is assigned only for one project, this project should be selected by
default in the drop down list and drop down list should be enabled as it is
implemented for instances page.
