Description:
1. 'Recreate edge node' button *shows up* only if at least one edge node in the
particular project has status:
* 'Terminated'
* 'Failed'
If there is not any edge not with status Terminated/Failed in the project, the
'Recreate edge node' button does not show up for particular project.
If 'Recreate edge node' button shows up it can be disabled or enabled and
depends on endpoint status.
2. 'Recreate edge node' button is *disabled* if all edge nodes with
'Terminated'/'Failed' statuses have 'Inactive' or N/A endpoint statuses and
there is not any endpoint in Active status for edge nodes with
'Terminated'/'Failed' statuses in the particular project. If administrator
hovers the mouse over the 'Recreate edge node' a hint shows up: 'Unable to
recreate edge node if endpoint status is not active'
3. 'Recreate edge node' button is *enabled* if at least one endpoint has
'Active' status for 'Terminated'/'Failed' edge nodes in the particular project.
4. Confirmation popup for recreate edge node if *only one edge node is
available* for recreation with respect to the Endpoint status:

5. Confirmation popup for recreate edge node if *more than one edge node is
available* for recreation with respect to the Endpoint status:
