Description:
As a customer I want to use FQDN instead of IP.
For example, if we deploy DataLab for customer and create edge node DevOps add
FQDN to Edge manually. After that if user create an instance the instance is
created with IP without FQDN. Please, automate the process of edge FQDN usage
for instance (notebook) during its creation.
