Description:
*Preconditions:*
Self service node is running
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create new project
*Actual result:*
# Project stuck on stage "creation"
*Expected result:*
# Project creation is successful

Project is expected to be created in <= 50min, consider possible solution is
to rise timeout
CheckInfrastructureStatusScheduler will not be able to update status of edge
node if wasn't previously created and assign ID
For exploratory resources scheduler should not request statuses if they wasn't
previously assigned ID, consider filtering such resources
Possible affect to other clouds
