*Preconditions:*
Emr 5.12.0 is created on notebook
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Go to EMR master UI
# Go to Application Master
*Actual result:*
Link for Application Master isn't opened successfully
*Expected result:*
Link for Application Master is opened successfully

Tested on EMR 5.30.0, error still reproduced, emr version doesn't matter
