*"Actions" button* on the "Resources" page of the administration panel includes
the following options:
* Run (activates for Instances and Compute engines only)
* Stop (activates for Instances and Compute engines only)
* Terminate (activates for all resources, incl. images)
*Activation behavior:*
* The *"Actions" button* is activated only when all resources that where check
marked are in active and / or running status
* The *Run option* in the "Actions" button is activated only when all the
check marked resources are instances and/or compute engines in stopped status
* The *Stop option* in the "Actions" button is activated only when all the
check marked resources are instances and/ or compute engines in running status
* The *Terminate option* in the "Actions" button is activated when all the
check marked resources are instances and / or images and/ or compute engines in
any status except terminated
