The logic of the highlighting should repeat the one available in the pop-up:
Endpoint (Admin User resources)
Git credentials (Regular User Resources)
1.User opens the pop-up and nothing is highlighted as on the the endpoint
example below:

2. User chooses the sub-section and the name is highlighted (as on the example
below), and hand symbol when approaching the name appears

3. As soon as the User clicks away from highlighted area to make some changes,
it disappears and the window is as on the example below:
