As a Regular User I want to see the list of all external platforms that I have
connected to the DataLab, so that I could easily find the one I need

*Given* the User is logged in to the DataLab
*When* the User is in the main DataLab UI
*Then* he/she should be able to see the separate sub-section "Connected
platforms"
* *And* this sub-section section should be created under "Resources" section
* *And* the icon to be used for this sub-section is <mat-icon>cast</mat-icon>

*Given* the User sees the separate sub-section "Connected Platform" in the
DataLab menu
*When* the User clicks on it
*Then* he/she is able to see the table with all connected platforms to his
account
* *And* the table should have three columns:
** *Platform name* - custom name given to the platform by User
** *Link to platform* - link to the external data platform that the User added
to his account - _at this moment this may be only MLFlow platforms_
** *Actions* with gear icon in it
* *And* above the table there should be a button *"Add new"*
