Description:
Add additional info about how to connect to cluster for RStudio notebook
It will be available only for clusters with status *"Active".*
It contains (Wireframe 1):
1. Hyperlink with question mark icon and question: "How to connect to cluster"
- is a hyperlink to the instructions -{color:#de350b}_will be provided
later_{color}
{color:#172b4d}2. Connect command:{color}
{color:#172b4d}3. Actual command which is a long +custom+ command, so the User
should be able {color}
# {color:#172b4d}to copy it{color}
# {color:#172b4d}to see a hinting message with a full name - {color}_As a
reference you may see how it works for the bucket browser details in the
notebook pop-up_
