The bug was found on Zeppelin. Perhaps it's related to all notebooks.
If run playbook on scala or python interpreter HDInsight has not access to the
bucket
*Preconditions:*
# Zeppelin is in running status
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Run any playbook for scala or python interpreter

No credentials found for account fptguaqezl.blob.core.windows.net in the
configuration, and its container az-29-09-22-proj-local-bucket is not
accessible using anonymous credentials. Please check if the container exists
first. If it is not publicly available, you have to provide account credentials.
