A sequence of commands something like this one:
svn checkout
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/public/trunk/content
cd content
vim podlings.xml
svn commit -m 'add datasketches to podlings.xml'
vim projects/datasketches.xml
svn add projects/datasketches.xml
svn commit -m 'add datasketches status page'
