Jon, Alex, I have rewritten the README.md file on both GitHub.com/DataSketches/ DataSketches.github.io and on GitHub.com/apache/incubator-datasketches. And at the top of the homepages, there is a notice directing the user to the respective README, whichever one they happen to find.
This readme will automatically (hopefully) redirect the user to the correct location of the various repositories as they get moved to apache and disappear from the GitHub.com/DataSketches organization site. If you can figure out how, this same README could also be the temporary content for GitHub.com/apache/incubator-datasketches asf-site branch. You will just have to copy and paste it there.
