Folks, We are approaching graduation and want our community to start thinking about what it will take to bring DataSketches to a Top-Level-Project (TLP).
To assist in this regard, I have put together a checklist <https://datasketches.apache.org/docs/Graduation/GraduationCheckList.html> that we can start to use to get us across the goal line. Please begin reviewing this checklist and give us your feedback and suggestions. Clearly, as noted in the checklist, we have a number of TBD items left and the next item is our selection of a PMC-Chair, which will be voted on in the private@ mailing list. Once that is done, we will be able to generate the formal "Resolution" document that will ultimately be sent to the Board. After we have gathered consensus here, we will proceed to a VOTE on this mailing list, and so on. You will be able to follow the next steps from the checklist. Looking forward to hearing from you!
