I am happy to announce that Pavel Veselý has joined us as a new committer!

Pavel was co-author of a new innovative paper on Relative Error Streaming
Quantiles <https://arxiv.org/abs/2004.01668>, was instrumental in
developing a Python implementation of this sketch, which we used as a
prototype of our new *Relative-Error Quantile Sketch* (soon to be
released), and also providing extensive consulting on the subtle aspects
and behaviors of this new sketch.  This has allowed us to more quickly
develop this new sketch in both C++ and Java that closely follows the
theoretical properties outlined in the paper.

Pavel brings to us his deep background and research in the theory of
