We should change it to be read only after changing the README to list the current repositories.
Note that at graduation all repositories will be name changed to apache/datasketches* from apache/incubator-datasketches* > https://github.com/apache/datasketches-website-old > <https://github.com/apache/datasketches-website-old> I’m not sure how a non-incubator repository was allowed.
