This is a call for vote to release Apache DataSketches-cpp candidate
version 4.0.1-rc1
This is a patch release.
Changes since datasketches-cpp 4.0.0 release:
- Include python wheels for ARM64 (aka aarch64) architectures
- Cherry pick fixes to a couple minor code warnings
