This is a call for vote to release Apache DataSketches-bigquery candidate
version 1.0.1-rc1
Apache DataSketches library functions for Google BigQuery.
This is a patch release with a one-line change to install wget in
cloudbuild.yaml. This is needed for deployment to BigQuery.
