NOTE: This is a retrograde release to fix a bug for the 6.X version of DataSketches-java that supports Java 8 and 11. This same bug fix will also be applied to the 7.X version of DataSketches-java that supports Java 17. This adds to the TDigest sketch getPMF(..) and getCDF(..) functionality, which didn't exist at the time 6.1.1 was released. This also cleans up a number of minor Javadoc issues.
