Not sure if sbt is an allowed action source for apache yet. This seemed to run correctly in my own repo. I was only able to verify the spark version because of a warning, so it does seem to work but I'm not sure the best way to print the config info in a workflow step. The issue isn't configuring the value (that's easy) but ensuring it's properly used. But for now this seems to work.
