Now there's a python workflow. I limited that to a single version of java, scala, and spark. We'll need to expand that when we want to build wheels to distribute, but since I was running into issues running on java17 I think this sufficient for now. The pyspark tests are calling our functions, so if the base thing works with multiple java, scala, and spark versions I'm less worried about the pyspark library breaking.
