I noticed that a [tdigest](https://apache.github.io/datasketches-java/8.0.0/org/apache/datasketches/tdigest/TDigestDouble.html) algorithm is included in Apache DataSketches as well. So far, in ScopeDB, @andylokandy and I use a self-made [tdigest](https://github.com/andylokandy/tdigests/) impl for calculating `approx_quantile`.
