AFAIK this is an ASF policy that every code interaction must be sent to a list. it doesn't have to be dev, but has to be a mailing list (I actually don't think you can disabled those) Commits are actually sent to the commits list already https://lists.apache.org/[email protected] PR/comments are more akin to discussion and are expected in dev@ if we go by the book;. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
