I am hesitant to add an easily accessible "fundamentally break this sketch" option. Using a fixed seed across all sketches in a run, for instance, means we've violated the core assumptions that allow for mergeability, namely that each individual sketch was created independently. If they all follow the same pattern of compaction, that's not true.
