But the INFRA team may ask for an explicit community consensus to proceed. > It sounds like your scheme doesn't require a common repo -- Or I'm not sure I follow :) A common repo would help in collecting snapshot generator logics and hold the generated snapshots so that other impl repos can download those snapshots instead of building in CI. I'll bring my draft perhaps next week or after the new year (😛).
