Install DS-Java and run `mvn clean test -Pcheck_go_files` You will discover
two exceptions thrown and a number of CL files not found.
Once these exceptions are corrected and any of the missing .sk files are
provided, no changes in DS-Java are required. Just run the test again.

* reservoir_longs_*_go.sk (Java generates, you may never need to ?)
