I haven't had the chance to look deeply into CPC yet. But ds-cpp issue #460 has identified some other binary discrepancies between C++ and Java for Theta sketch that I want to look at next. My ultimate goal is to try to achieve Cross-Language Binary (CLB) compatibility for all of our deterministic sketches.
