Hi! I maintain Query.Farm’s DataSketches extension for DuckDB. It wraps the C++ library to expose sketch aggregates and serialized sketches through SQL. This adds it to the Platform Adaptors table, with links to its source, DuckDB community distribution and documentation. The entry explicitly identifies it as community-maintained by Query.Farm. The C++ dependency is declared in the [extension’s build manifest](https://github.com/Query-farm/datasketches/blob/v1.5/vcpkg.json). Thanks for DataSketches! Happy to adjust the entry or move it to a more appropriate section. Validation: checked the links and table formatting, and ran `git diff --check`.
