Make `XorFilterParts` a plain transfer structure with public fields, so application-defined codecs can move its fingerprint storage or set optional item counts directly. Remove the corresponding accessors and setters while keeping `XorFilter::from_parts` as the validation boundary. This API is still unreleased. Move construction into `XorFilterBuilder::build_from_distinct_hashes` and use the fixed retry limit directly, removing the private engine's test-only attempt parameter. Keep the existing retry-recovery, invalid-layout, serialization, and xorf compatibility coverage. Also correct XOR capitalization in the module documentation. Validation: `cargo x check`, `cargo x test` (814 tests including doctests), `cargo x lint`, and the XOR benchmark smoke suite under the optimized bench profile with ThinLTO. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
