Builds on #329. [Review the incremental change](https://github.com/apache/datasketches-rust/compare/68a65b478030c37713eb5e6a677d790a19fb2ec6...b199d72ebc272f0f2e508c3b7938591a9ca9d943). Use `serialize` and `deserialize` to persist and restore an XOR filter. Callers no longer assemble a filter from a seed and fingerprint slots or depend on their in-memory representation. The standard wire format is unchanged from #329. Xor8 deserialization copies the validated payload directly into its owned array. The sharded query benchmark builds each peer from the same distinct keys and initial seed. Validated with `cargo x check`, `cargo x test`, `cargo x lint`, and the sharded query benchmark in smoke mode. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
