Hello everyone,
I have recently installed Openoffice.org1.1.5, on
my linux Redhat 7.3 box, i have also installed the
mdbtools0.5, and the patch avaliable on the
openoffice
website for mdbtools.
I downloaded the mdb-sdbc-driver.zip file and
pasted it in the /user/uno_packages directory . On
runnong the pkgchk tool from the program directory,
no
output was echoed
After making the entry for new Data source name, i
encountered the following error
"The connection to the external data source could not
be established. An unknown error occurred. The driver
is probably defective."
