I thought that this was fixed in OOo 2.01, but it is still a problem. I
created an issue against this. Was I mistaken?
The problem is that Windows holds a Base document open. You need to
entirely close OOo, including the quick starter, or you can not delete a
Base document on Windows. I saw two more complaint about this again today.
