In mathematics, I'd say "It's necessary, but not sufficient" ;) But yes, take it this way. I don't see those resources in the current team, and if somebody else wants to spend the resources for implementation, this is most welcome, and you can be assured of any necessary support, as always. This would keep the problem of reliability if we would switch, and thus I will still argue against switching the default, but that might be another topic then.
