Thanks very much for your reply, duyunfen has Fwded it to me, we have
tracked the bug but the deadlock seem to occur somewhere among windows'
system processes, here is how the Call Stack looks at a point when the
phenomenon happens:

And I suppose this problem exists in Windows with other languages, too.
Since it can be recreated by switching language from "En" to "Zulu"(or
any other input languages), too.
Du and I have not got any conclusions yet, hopefully we can investigate
this further together with your help.

P.S. duyunfen's real name is Du Yunfen, with family name Du, and it's a
