tested on 2.4.0 with HSQLDB embedded, and with MySQL (JDBC/UnixODBC),
the steps are just insert the image control, bind it to the binary
field, and that's all: right click, and choose the image.
If you already tried this, and checked other stuff (for example PK),
this may be an issue.
