It might be related to another bug we had with image controls not
properly writing their content (in the case of being bound to text
fields). From what I know about that other bug, it is possible it also
manifests the way you describe.
The issue is fixed in CWS dba32e, which will probably materialize in
m56. If you're interested, I could upload a build of dba32e (Linux
and/or Windows) for you to check.
just tested with m58:
At a graphic control I can insert the graphic with the context (thanks
for fixing the mouse holding problem), but I cannot update the record
(ORA: cannot update xxx to NULL).
Seems base wants to write Null into a non nullable column.
I inserted the graphics with a little macro before.
Provided that I did it correctly, the graphics are not visible in the form.
So may be we have two problems (and two entries in issuezilla soon)
