As per the documentation,
Polling states in VSPHERE is Start==(auto) Pending==>(auto) Stopped ==>
(manual- start) Running. However, the recent builds seems to automatically
start the stopped instance during starting the image i.e, Start==(auto)
Pending==>(auto) Stopped ==> (auto) Running.
