Had discussion with Michal and he says that, we are now running Deltacloud API 
on MRI (Matz Ruby implementation) and not on JRuby any more.  Also the Reporter 
does not seems to be replying for the fix which Michal had given an year 
ago(Hoping the fix has been working for him).

Hence closing this issue as an age old bug.  Further need on this issue, please 
do mail on deltacloud mailing list or contact us on IRC in deltacloud channel 
on Freenode
