This is fall out from DTACLOUD-141.
The associated change allowed users to pass user names and passwords that
include special characters to deltacloudc using the -U -P options. The help for
deltacloudc lists the -U -P options but only shows examples using the -u option
syntax.
We need to add an example or note for users stipulating that if they have user
names or password with special characters, they need to use the -U -P options
